Summer Carnaval

We are going to cheat a little bit with the date of this meeting, because it’s not possible to plan a festival on a date we like. So we cheat 4 days and meet on the 28th of July for the Summer Carnaval in the city center of Rotterdam. 

The parade starts al 13:00 hours and takes about 2,5 hours. It starts at the Boompjeskade near the Erasmusbrug. The end of the parade will be around 17:30 on the Boompjeskade. So we meet al noon (12:00) at Plein 1940. We gather at the statue of Zadkine on Plein 1940.

Plein 1940 is behind the Maritime Museum. Close to Metro Station Beurs. From there we walk to the parade together.

Please use the public transport to join, the city center will be closed for car’s and there won’t be much parking space outsite the city center.
