The island Neeltje Jans used to be a sandbar in the Oosterschelde. This sandbar was transformed into an island and used during the construction of the Oosterscheldekering. When the work was done and the dam was finished, Natuurmonumenten and Het Zeeuwse Landschap bought the island and transformed it into National Park Oosterschelde.

Perfect to find some blurred lines. We’ll have dunes, beach, landart and more. And of course the Oosterscheldekering itself.

We’ll meet at the parking place next to the Topshuis on the island Neeltje Jans.
